Tools

Open-source tools for post-audio.

Each one starts as friction I hit in a session: metadata I couldn't decipher, a library that wouldn't search, a print I had to run again from the top. Repos are listed here once they're public — nothing before, and each one says plainly what state it's in.

Released

Sound-effects filenames arrive in a dozen dialects. This parses, validates, composes and safely renames them against the public Universal Category System, so a library sorts and searches the same way whatever it came from.

live-stems

Proof of concept

A stem print re-runs the whole programme after every small change. This is a working proof of concept for printing incrementally — only the ranges that actually moved — so a review pass costs minutes instead of a session.

The bench grows as things ship. Work in progress stays off this page until it's public and documented — the notes are where it shows up first.
